Maintenance Management
MPH fixed-price servicing. This is provided through a network of approved UK suppliers. The service provides Full compliance with manufacturers' service and repair schedules, guaranteed.
For the driver requesting service the process is simple to use: just phone the 24 hour, 7 days-a-week control centre.
All vehicles maintained are collected and returned to minimise driver inconvenience.
For the fleet manager, all records are kept permanently up-to-date and monthly reports generated.

Controlled Costs
Our unique job coding and self-billing system ensures that all work is authorised by our control centre using our annually-fixed prices, eliminating up-selling, add-on costs or any deviation from the system.
Approved Suppliers
We operate a nationwide network of over 6,000 approved suppliers including our preferred Masterserve network, where each outlet is subjected to strict accreditation and quality control procedures all supervised by our in-house suppliers department.
24-hour Manned Control Centre
Our control centre is manned 24 hours every day of the year. The average human response time is 12 seconds so callers are not kept waiting. One call is all that is needed to access whatever service is required.

Insurance

Fuel Cards
We offer a fuel card scheme that sets the amount payable on a weekly basis. This is emailed out every Monday so that you can see what you will be paying throughout the week at all participating petrol stations.
On Site Checks
When you have regional meeting etc we can organise to have all available vehicles to have a comprehensive check over. The cars main wearable parts that include lights, wipers, types, oils are all checked and a report submitted.
